One of my favorite parts of the design process happens long before we begin talking about paint colors or furniture.
It’s hearing your story.
I love learning how a family lives, what traditions matter most, where children naturally gather after school, how weekends unfold, and what you hope your home will feel like five or ten years from now.
Those conversations reveal so much more than a questionnaire ever could. They become the blueprint for a home that feels authentic because it’s designed around your life, not someone else’s idea of what beautiful should look like.
No two families are alike.
I don’t believe their homes should be either.
Reconstruction
The homes that stay with me aren’t always the largest or the most extravagant.
They’re the ones where life seems to unfold naturally. A kitchen where everyone instinctively gathers. A favorite chair that’s claimed before the coffee has even finished brewing. A reading nook that catches the afternoon sun just long enough to make you lose track of time.
Those are the spaces I think about when I design.
Because a home isn’t measured by square footage or the number of beautiful furnishings it contains. It’s measured by the memories created within it, the conversations it encourages, the comfort it provides, and the quiet moments that become part of your everyday life.
When a home supports the people who live there, beauty becomes something you experience, not simply something you see.
Room Lifts
There’s a certain feeling that comes with opening your front door after a long day.
For me, that’s what luxury really means.
Not extravagance. Not perfection.
Just the quiet comfort of walking into a home that immediately feels like it understands you.
A place where your shoulders relax, your thoughts slow down, and everything around you feels intentional without trying too hard.
When clients tell me they never want to leave home after a renovation is complete, I know we’ve created something far more valuable than a beautiful interior.
We’ve created a place they genuinely love living in.
Decor
I’ve never believed the best homes are created all at once.
The most meaningful spaces are collected over time. They hold artwork discovered while traveling, heirlooms that tell family stories, books that have been read more than once, and objects that quietly remind us where we’ve been and who we are.
Those personal layers are what give a home its soul.
My role isn’t to fill every corner.
It’s to create a thoughtful foundation that allows those meaningful pieces to shine and tells your story in a way that feels effortless and genuine.
