Do the words “plan ahead” make you cringe?

I completely get it, and ironically, I LOVE IT! The details are my game baby! I get fueled by the tasks of handling all of those complicated details. 

Something we are running into now, is the “timing” factor. So much so, that it was important for me to bring light to in this next newsletter. We are noticing is that once we’ve moved towards scheduling the trades, they are very booked up. So we want to make sure we get your job on the calendar for the painter, electrician/plumber, and tile layer.

With regards to placing custom orders, we are finding that the turnaround time is VERY delayed. What once took 3-4 weeks to be delivered, is taking upwards of 6-10 weeks to arrive.

So, if you’re serious about trying to have your space complete for the 2021 warm weather season, let’s hop to it. Buffer time couldn’t be more in our favor now.
