This beautiful modern home unfortunately had a very basic master bathroom with 4’ x 4’ white tile everywhere. The homeowners had lived with it for many years wishing for a new look. When the shower began to leak into the room below it was obvious the time had come to renovate.

Another issue that had always plagued them was how very cold it could be in the winter. During demolition we discovered that there was absolutely no insulation under the garden tub or in the window wall which we corrected.

These clients enjoy spending time together in this room, so the tiny shower was moved from its original location to create a shower large enough for two, with double shower heads and wall niches for their shower toiletries. And knowing that they also enjoyed a good soak after workouts, a unique, see-though jetted tub created a sexy focal point under the window, with a ledge large enough for a couple of wine glasses.

The his-and-hers floating vanities were custom made to provide storage for each of their needs, including electrical outlets inside the cabinets to hide their appliances.
