This time of the year is packed with showings and not a ton on the market. So when you go to visit a listing for your next home, you almost NEED to know if you’ll be able to make it work, square footage wise. Along with handy renovation advice like which walls could be removed to open things up. Knowing what your options are can make or break whether you put in an offer. Let me be of help. 1.) Book the Time

I start by coming to your home to take inventory and note your existing lifestyle and furniture. I document how many people are in your household as well as additional rooms, i.e. office, playroom, guest room, or a necessary bathroom that will be needed. Next, I will meet you on-site at a potential property for your walk through with the realtor or at the open house. Together we will thoroughly scope it out and note if everything you need will fit, or not–– so you can make the best decision for your next home.

2.) Reno Consult

This is the fun part! Let’s plan exactly what areas you know for sure that we will need to renovate. Then I’ll get you on the contractors schedule for completion and begin ordering what you need. Together we will map out, schedule and order everything to design a space that brings even more comfort and ease to your everyday lifestyle.
